Worship at Christ
Church
Christ Presbyterian
Church
Worship is central to our life together. In our services you will find
ancient prayers, modern music, traditional hymns, drama, and
multi-media elements, all together creating worship that gives praise
to God and is relevant to modern people trying to live faithfully in our
world.
We worship on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. Sunday School and childcare
are provided for children during worship.
We celebrate the sacrament of Holy
Communion on the first Sunday of each
month and at various other special services
throughout the year. In the Presbyterian
Church (USA), Holy Communion is open to all
who have been baptized and seek to live in
obedience to Christ. You need not be a
member of our church to receive the
sacrament.
The sacrament of Baptism is offered to adults
who are committed to following Jesus Christ
and their children. Members and regular
attendees of our church are encouraged to
bring their children for baptism. For more
information, contact us.
We have various other special services
throughout the year including Christmas Eve,
Holy Thursday, and Ash Wednesday. We
also participate with other local churches for
special services on Good Friday and
Thanksgiving.
